2. Include your order number
3. Attach a photo if item is damaged
4. We'll respond within 24 hours

REFUND PROCESSING
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 
business days to your original payment method.

REPLACEMENTS
We also offer free replacements for damaged or 
defective items — no need to return the original.
